Soroush junior photo session

I took Soroush aka Sushi out and about the city of San Pedro to capture some images of  the junior from Port Of L.A. High School (POLAHS).  Soroush is one of my junior year photo reps at POLAHS school and a willing model to show what a Southbay Exposure senior session is all about.  It’s about letting your personality shine through without the same old cookie cutter senior images.  Below are some samples from Soroush’s shoot. If you want something a little different to show for your senior year, book an appointment now.  We’re also looking for a few more juniors that would like to be reps at their respective schools.

Jazmine senior session

I took Jazmine and her brother Andrew out and about the city of Carson to capture some images of  the taekwondo fighter.  Jazmine is one of my junior year photo reps at Valley Christian school and a willing model to show what a Southbay Exposure senior session is all about.  It’s about letting your personality shine through without the same old cookie cutter senior images.  Below are some samples from jazmine’s shoot. If you want something a little different to show for your senior year, book an appointment now.  We’re also looking for a few more juniors that would like to be reps at their respective schools.   Here is a link to her slideshow on Youtube.    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_uOtxVU-9-Q

Wow these are very cool pictures. Great Photographer! I didn’t recognize Jazmine at first. LOL.

Senior portraits

High school seniors no longer want to graduate with only a cookie-cutter yearbook picture as their legacy. Instead, they’re looking to Southbay Exposure for portraits that represent who they are — or who they’d like to be. It’s not your classic senior portrait, but kids are looking for images that show their depth.  When working with teenagers,  gettng to know them is perhaps even more important than with other types of clients. Photographers who go out of their way to discover their subjects’ interests are the most successful at putting them at ease — and getting the most evocative images. Create a fun experience, incorporate elements that make the images very personal, make the students look good — and different from everyone else — and seniors will be happy.  Here is a sample slideshow for a student at Culver City High school. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lbMZz8V1CA

Right now I’m looking for high school juniors for a FREE photoshoot.  Those select juniors will be given rep cards with their images on them to be handed to friends.  It’s FREE, it’s easy and most of all reps get PAID based on purchases made by friends.  Contact us for more info. Samples of the cards are below.

New blog

Haven’t updated my blog in a while as you can see.  I will be updating shortly about our high school rep program as well as uploading recent images.  I am currently building a new blog that will have new features like slideshows and video….stand-by.  In the mean time feel free to contact us about photo services or questions.

TAYLOR – SENIOR PHOTO SESSION

Taylor is a senior at Marina high school in Huntington Beach California.  She is a 2010 senior class rep working our ambassador program for  high school seniors at the school.  Senior’s are requesting a different type of photograph to reflect their character and personality.  Not to say there’s anything wrong with the traditional photograph, but all seniors aren’t the same and therefore, don’t all want the same look.  I’m always looking for senior reps at  schools, so if you know an energetic class 2010 senior interested that would enjoy sharing an expressive photographic experience send them our way.  You can also see below an example of a senior rep card.  Being a rep also includes opportunities to earn photo credits or $$$.
