It rained on Friday, stopped on Saturday and rained on Sunday. Timing is everything. It was a beautiful day in Redlands for the wedding of Abe and Michelle. A few clouds lingered but it was a great day. The service was conducted by Vince Nixon, an LAFD Captain and the chosen words were most appropriate. The Mitten Building is of a vintage flavor as the food and atmosphere were perfect for the newlyweds. The day went without a visible hitch except the wedding cake fell victim to the traditional Fire Department “coring”. And yes, we have photographic evidence of the act taking place. In preparation for their nuptials Vanessa and Andrew decided to do a downtown Los Angeles engagement shoot…withthout an exact location in mind. We met on the eastside and goofed around on the bridge and other streets. With my everpresent iPod creating atmosphere, we took to the streests of L.A. under the beautiful California sun. We ended up at the Walt Disney center capturing the couple in a variety of settings. Sit back..take a look and feel free to leave comments below. Follow us at Facebook or at website Southbay Exposure

BEAUTIFUL!! What a gorgeous-looking couple
Congrats Vaness and Andrew!!
Well it’s not always sunny Southern Calif as the photos will prove. The idea was to go to the beach and spend a pleasant, sunny afternoon capturing Mariah doing her thing. It started out as a sunny day and quickly became the typical overcast, foggy beach (the following day was beautiful). This was my second shoot with Mariah. She was 6 months old on my previous shoot, and now she’s an older, more mature 18 months. We had a good time with mom, and friend Gayle was the entertainment. Oh, and can’t forget the family dog….Rambo. Sit back and enjoy the images and imagine what was going through her mind as she watched us engage her. Remember if you need photographic services Southbay Exposure will travel to your location or will produce studio images. I had the opportunity to capture and play with Baylie for her 9 month photo session. The session was done in our home studio which provides a very relaxing environment for children. She was fun and had no problem giving us what we needed. Here are a few images that we thought showed her personality and energy. 1st time Baylie taking such a beautiful professional photographs, thank you
I met Abe and Michelle in Pasadena for their engagement session. The weather was great, very little traffic by Los Angeles standards and an excited couple made for a great shoot. Abe, a Los Angeles firefighter and Michelle, a paralegal are in the midst of planning their November wedding in Redlands. We are all looking forward to that day when the two will unite and become one. When in need of wedding, family or portrait photography in Southern California or destinations abroad think of Southbay Exposure. Feel free to leave comments below.
